E-532A/H-532B is a kind of flame self-extinguishing modified epoxy resin, it is mainly used for insulation encapsulation, perfusion of electronic and motor parts, etc. It has the following characteristics:

1. Flame self-extinguishing, passed UL-94VO.

2. Excellent electrical properties.

3. The shrinkage rate after hardening is very small.

4. Excellent thermal conductivity.

5. It can be hardened regardless of room temperature or heating.

6. Very good chemical resistance and water resistance.

1. Use a suitable stirring vessel and stirring rod.

2. Before mixing, calculate the appropriate amount of the two liquids to avoid wasting raw materials.

3. According to the mixing ratio (by weight), carefully weigh the required resin (E-532A) and hardener (H-532B).

4. It is indeed mixed evenly. Special attention must be paid to the mixture at the edge of the stirring container. It should be scraped off and then stirred evenly, so as not to cause the phenomenon of uneven mixing and dryness.

5. If you feel that there are too many bubbles after stirring, you can use a vacuum defoaming machine to deaerate and then pour glue.

6. Complete the operation within the available time, such as perfusion.

1. Before starting to use, the main agent must be stirred evenly to avoid precipitation.

2. If the main agent and the hard agent are not used, they should not contaminate each other to avoid deterioration.

3. When storing, the lid of the main hardener must be sealed and placed in a cool place.
