Hardness knowledge after glue curing
The commonly used models of hardness testers are Shore A, C and D.
The general uses of each model are as follows:
Shore A durometer is mainly used to test the hardness of plastic, synthetic rubber and other products.
Shore C type hardness tester is used to measure the hardness of rubber and plastic microporous materials made of foamed materials with a stress of 0.5kg/c㎡ or more when the compression rate is 50%, and can also be used for other materials with similar hardness.
Shore D hardness tester is suitable for hardness testing of general hard rubber, hard resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic, printing plate, fiber and other high hardness materials.
