E-600GR is a one-component, non-volatile epoxy resin adhesive with the following characteristics:

1. Single-component type, easy to operate, fast curing in the environment of 150 degrees.

2. High heat-resistant temperature, with the characteristic of not sagging during the curing process.

3. Good adhesion to general metals, plastics, magnetic cores, etc.

4. After hardening, it has excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance.

5. It is suitable for joining and caulking of electronic components such as transformer components, inductors and relays.

6. Special diluent can be added to increase fluidity and magnetic powder can be added to increase the magnetic permeability, but the maximum proportion of diluent cannot exceed 6%.

Characteristics of cured product (curing condition: 150±10℃×10±5min curing)

1. When it touches the skin, immediately wipe it with a tissue or towel, and then wash it with soap.

2. When it gets in the eyes, wash it with water and check with a doctor immediately.

3. Please install exhaust device in the operation place and heating device place.

4. When using, if there is low temperature storage, please put the product at room temperature for 12 hours before use.

5. The use time after opening is no more than 2 weeks (be sure to close the lid after opening the package and place it at room temperature).

1. Store at room temperature 20℃-30℃.

2. The storage time is 3 months in the unopened state.
